Resipi : Ikan Tenggiri Fishball

Resipi baru 😉 wow you guys going to benefit some recipe from my insomnia lah. I have trouble sleeping lately. So since, i hv nothing else to do..i go to my food album archive and decided for every night i cant sleep, i’ll update one recipe (yaaaa.. kalau rajin sebenarnya hahahaha) Tapi harini dengan semalam saya rajin. So ada la kan.

Fishball. Ahaaa. Mulanya buat fishball ni sort of school holiday project for Ghazi. Tapi ha, why not..kalau nak rasa rajin lebih or need some activities to be done with your mini me, here’s the recipe. Feel free to try it  out 🙂

Bahan-bahan
4-5 keping Ikan tenggiri. Siat buang tulang and kulit (fillet or debone)
*tengok kat gambar kalau 3-4 keping dpt lah byk tu
2 sudu tepung ubi -untuk melekatkan dan jadikan dia toing-toing
1 sudu tepung jagung
Lobak merah-depend on how much u wanted it in the fishball. Takde sukatan spesifik pun
Batang Saderi- pun takde sukatan, suka hati diced and masukkan
Bawang besar holland diced -tak payah banyak.  Cincang kasik halus, kadang budak tak suka rasa bwg kan
Salt & Pepper secukup lah rasa.

Cara
Ikan dah deboned tadi tumbuk or blend
Then gaul lah dengan semua bahan yang lain.
Buat bulat-bulat
Boil kan. Sampai dia terapung, dah masak la tu.

Kalau nak buat yong taufuu. Guna je air dia balik, masukkan ikan bilis tumbuk and bawang and garam dlm kuah yg boiled fishball tadi. siap!.. sedap je. Season and rasa. Itu je.

Boleh makan mcm tu je cicah dgn sos cili or buat sup, pun sedap or buat yong taufu. Pun lah sedap 😉

Fyi – kalau nak masin kena lebih  sket garam sbb bila dh campur tepung ubi and jagung tu dia mmg akan kurg masin. So blh je try masa dia digaul tu nk bg cantik lg rasanya.

Step by step sampai jd soup 😉  delicious and anak pun hepi dpt tolong 😉
