Resipi : Creamy Tomato Soup

Salam Jumaat 🙂

New resipi update. Simple quick one? hmmm ke tak? ke takpe la, ikut pace masing-masing lah. haha

How about when you feel you need something masam, tapi creamy tp not to oily tapi sedap. What come into your mind? Ok, what? tomyam? ok, salah. Hmm ah tak reti la nak describe. when i need tomato soup, i just feel like it haha. ok senang je, tp make sure you are up to something sour, and make sure you drink plenty of water after doin this tomato soup. Naty dehydrate and u feel weird liddat. haha. ok terusssss…

Baham-bahamnya:
2 sudu besar butter
1 biji bawang besar holland (yg kuning) diced/dadu
1 ulas bawang putih
6-7 biiji tomato (i roasted em with a sprinkle of thyme, salt and black peper about 5 min)
Garam & lada hitam (optional)
1 kiub ayam/ lala
1 1/2 cawan air (or as how cair you like)
1/2 cup heavy cream (also optional) blh ganti dengan tepung gandum 2 sudu besar yg dicairkan kalau mls beli heavy cream hehe


Cara-cara
1. Tumis bwg besar and putih dlm butter
2. Masukkan tomato yang dah diroasted tadi, kalau perlu masa ni masukkan kiub ayam atau lala
3. Kacau-kacau-kacau
4. Masukkan air, salt & pepper, taste and masukkan dan rasa. Kalau perlu masa ni adjust rasa semua and pekat. Kalau masam sgt, blh masuk gula tp not too much naty rasa lain plak
5. Kalau nak letak sprinkle of oregano, thyme or dried parsley masa ni  pn ok
6. Siap!

Makan la dgn garlic bread, or cekodok. Or whatever you like! hehehe

I also put some carrot and daun bawang in my tomato soup. 


My kinda tomato soup. Makan dgn garlic bread. Just smash a clove of garlic gaul dlm butter, letak sprinkle of garam and oregano then palit atas roti and bakar! sedap!
